A: Yes, we offer free samples for conventional products. However, you would need to cover the express fee. If you require customized samples, there will be a charge, and it will take some time to produce.
Q: Can we have our own company logo on the product/bag/box/package?
A: Absolutely, we welcome individual artwork, including company logos, on our products. However, please note that pricing and minimum order quantities (MOQ) might vary for customized designs.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as the general method. Typically, we require a 30% down payment, with the balance due upon shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) is also available depending on the type of cooperation.
