What is your lead time for production?
- Normally it takes about 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the quantity and products ordered. For initial order, due to artwork design and approval, it may take longer than normal lead time.
How about the free samples?
- We could offer free sample service (conventional products), but the express fee on your own. If you need customized samples, you will need to pay for it and it will take some time.
Can we have our own company logo on the product/bag/box/package?
- Yes, it is available, individual artwork is welcomed. But the price and the MOQ might be different.
How about your payment term?
- By T/T generally. 30% down payment, and the balance should be paid by shipment. L/C is available according to the cooperation type.
