A: Normally, our lead time ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the quantity and products ordered. For initial orders, due to artwork design and approval processes, it may take longer than the normal lead time.

A: Yes, we offer free samples for conventional products. However, you would need to cover the express fee. If you require customized samples, there will be a charge, and it will take some time to produce.
Q: Can we have our own company logo on the product/bag/box/package?

Q: What are your payment terms?
