Here you will find the use instruction for Combat Tourniquet:
1. Apply the tourniquet proximal to the bleeding site and pass the wounded limb through the band loop.
2. Pull the band very tight and quickly fasten it back on itself.
3. Adhere the band securely around the limb.
4. Twist the rod until bright red bleeding stops.
5. Place the rod inside the clip and lock it.
6. Adhere the band over the rod; for small extremities, continue to adhere the band around the extremity and over the windlass rod.
7. Secure the rod and band with the strap, adhering it to the opposite hook on the windlass clip.
8. Record the time of application.
NOTICE：When applied correctly, this tourniquet is a safe and effective device for controlling life-threatening extremity bleeding. If you're uncertain or unable to locate the source of bleeding promptly, the tourniquet can be applied over clothing, ideally positioned as high on the arm or leg as possible. Avoid applying the tourniquet over solid objects within clothing. Once circumstances allow, evaluate the injured limb and reposition the tourniquet 2-3 inches above the injury directly onto the skin.
