Hand wash the bandage in mild soap and lukewarm water-avoid harsh detergents or bleach, which can damage the elastic. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring, as this breaks elastic fibers) and lay it flat to air dry. Do not put it in the dryer, as high heat ruins elasticity. Inspect the bandage after each wash: if it's frayed, stretched out, or no longer holds its shape, replace it. For hygiene, do not share your reusable bandage with others, even if it's clean.
